Nerds IT Support is one of the businesses where I developed the B2B strategy, marketing direction, and sales structure to help transform the company into a more commercially focused service brand. The objective was not only to improve how the business looked from a marketing perspective, but to build a clearer business direction around positioning, target market, and sales opportunities. Rather than leaving the company as a general IT support provider, I worked on shaping a stronger model with more structure, more clarity, and better long-term value.
