MaxSell is one of the strongest examples of my work as a business strategist and business developer, where I built the commercial direction of the brand around sales-focused growth, marketing clarity, and practical business value. The objective was not to create just another marketing agency, but to shape a business that could help clients improve revenue through a stronger combination of strategy, marketing, and sales thinking. My role was to define the business direction, develop the service structure, sharpen the market positioning, and build a model that connects marketing efforts with real commercial outcomes.
A major part of this work was designing MaxSell as a more structured B2B-focused business rather than a general creative agency. That meant clarifying the offer, identifying the right target market, strengthening the sales message, and developing services that solve real business problems instead of offering disconnected marketing activities. The result was a clearer identity, a more valuable commercial model, and a stronger foundation for serving businesses that need not just promotion, but real strategic support for growth.
